Fast Wonder is primarily a blog focused on open technologies, open source, web 2.0, social media, online communities, and innovation created by Dawn Foster. It is an evolution of Dawn's Open Culture blog originally started in November 2005. A number of other "Open Culture" blogs gradually appeared over the years, and the time came to come up with a more original name and a real logo for this blog.

If you think about it long enough, you will understand why Dawn Foster chose the name "Fast Wonder" for her company and blog. A big thank you to Stephen Way for designing the Fast Wonder logo.

Fast Wonder also provides consulting services focused on social media, community events, and online community building as time permits.

My full-time job at Jive software keeps me pretty busy. For a consulting engagement that looks like fun, I might be persuaded to do a very small consulting engagement in my free time (evenings and weekends) as long it does not interfere with my full-time job at Jive Software or create any potential or perceived conflict of interest with Jive Software.
